I need someone who can listen to an edited podcast, write show notes that sound as though I wrote them (including time stamped highlights), add the ID3 tags, and post the episode to Libsyn and my site.

This position will start by working directly with me, and then may also expand to supporting clients in a similar manner.


Despite having a large social media following, my social media presence is… lacking. I need someone to help me fix this, particularly on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.

I’m looking for someone who can speak in my voice, create a marketing plan, curate relevant content, tell me what I need to do and when (and even schedule into my calendar), and create reports on growth/successes/failures. I have MeetEdgar, however my schedule/queue is empty.


Lead magnets are the first step to getting a prospect into our sales funnel. They should be succinct, well designed, and look like they took days to prepare (in my opinion), even if it only took us a couple of hours. I’m looking for someone who has experience taking content and preparing a distributable, awesome looking lead magnet (PDF) with it. The perfect candidate will have experience with Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Canva.


Are you a whiz in Infusionsoft, ClickFunnels, Ontraport, Kartra or any other platform? Do if/then statements and logic puzzles make you feel warm and fuzzy? Do you love thinking outside the box and suggesting improved ways to use technology? If so, I want to hear from you!

I’ve seen good landing and sales pages and I’ve seen BAAAAAAD. I’m looking for someone who can create incredible looking, high-converting landing and sales pages. (Yes, I understand that a bad product/offer can’t be expected to give good results).

The ideal candidate has experience with WordPress design (Divi), LeadPages, ClickFunnels, Unbounce and/or Kartra.


EVERY business needs standard operating procedures for EVERY activity which is performed on a regular basis. Unfortunately, my business and my clients’ businesses are lacking these. If you have experience preparing well-documented SOP’s, I want to talk to you.


I have a problem… You see, I have a beautiful picture of my dream house as the background of my email platform, however I can’t see it because I have too many emails in there.
