In late 2017, our founder, Kim, spent three months handling all of the podcast production for the Positive Productivity podcast herself. Why? She didn’t want to spend time or money training someone else to do it.

Thirty (yes, 30!!!) episodes a month were being released, and by the time all was said and done, she spent 70+ hours a month doing the work.

At the end of the three months, her bank account was nearly empty, and the client bucket was about empty. She had been spending all her time outside of her comfort zone, and nearly killed the business in the process.

The years since have seen a complete transformation. By letting go, Kim let the business grow.
