Let’s Work Together

Where strategy meets stewardship.

Your business has a system that isn’t working the way it should. Maybe a follow-up sequence that never fires. A lead magnet that goes nowhere. A setup that made sense to someone else but has never quite made sense to you. You need a partner who can look at what you have, understand where you want to go, and build something that actually works.

That’s what I do. For over 13 years I’ve helped business owners — many of them faith-driven, mission-led, and quietly overwhelmed by their own tech — untangle their marketing automation and build systems they’re proud to put in front of people. My specialty is Keap (formerly Infusionsoft), but the real work is always the same: helping you steward your time, your audience, and your resources well.

I don’t use high-pressure tactics, and I won’t promise you shortcuts. What I will promise is that I show up prepared, communicate clearly, and treat your business with the same care I bring to my own.

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.
Colossians 3:23

The first conversation is always a discovery call — no pitch, no pressure. I want to understand your situation, your goals, and whether working together is genuinely the right next step for you. If it is, we’ll talk about what that looks like. If it isn’t, I’ll tell you and point you somewhere that might be a better fit.

What Happens Next

No mysterious process, no surprise invoices. Here’s how we go from “I think I need help” to “this is actually working.”

❶ You Reach Out & We Talk

Fill out the form below and tell me a little about where you are and what you’re trying to build. I’ll read every word before we hop on a call. Our first conversation is a chance to get to know each other — no agenda, no slides, just a real conversation about your business and where you’re stuck. Come as you are.

❷ I Put Together a Proposal

If the fit feels right to both of us, I’ll put together a clear, written proposal that outlines exactly what we’d work on, how long it would take, and what it would cost. No vague “packages,” no upsells buried in the fine print. You’ll know what you’re getting before you ever say yes.

❸ We Build — Together

Once we agree on the scope, we get to work. I keep you in the loop at every stage, explain the decisions I’m making, and make sure you understand the system we’re building — not because you have to manage it yourself, but because it’s your business and you deserve to know what’s happening inside it. When we’re done, you’ll have something that actually runs the way it’s supposed to.

What Healing Looked Like

I believe in making sure this is the right match, for both of us. Here’s an honest look at who I work best with, and who might be better served by someone else.

Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed.
Proverbs 15:22

✓ You’re probably a great fit if…

✗  We might not be the right match if…

  • Your business is faith-aligned or Christ-centered — or you simply share the value of doing business with integrity.
  • You’re looking for someone to implement high-pressure or deceptive marketing tactics. That’s not something I’ll do, regardless of the budget.
  • You want to understand the system we’re building, not just hand everything off and hope for the best.
  • You need a simple one-page email sequence done in a weekend. My work is relationship-based and project-scoped, not quick-turnaround freelance tasks.
  • Your project has real scope — you’re not looking for a quick fix, but a foundation that grows with your business.
  • You want everything handled with zero involvement on your end. I need a partner, not a passive client.
  • You value honest communication over comfortable answers.
  • You’re not interested in investing in the best tools and/or support within your budget, but are looking for the cheapest option.

Not sure which category you fall into? Reach out anyway. The form below is a conversation starter, not a contract. The worst that can happen is we get on a call and figure out, together, that we’re not a good fit to work together. If that’s what happens, that’s okay!

Ready to Start the Conversation?

Tell me a little about where you are and what you’re trying to build. There’s no wrong answer here. The more honestly you describe your situation, the better I can tell you whether and how I can help.

I read every message personally and respond within 3 business days. You won’t get an auto-reply and then silence — you’ll hear from me.
