PP 438: Spike Edwards, Business Coach and Founder of The Spike Edwards Group

“The essence of what I do is creating a culture. I actually go in and create a culture. The first way to do that is to look at what is deficient.”

At the age of 15 he began an apprenticeship in the military and had the opportunity to become a Special Forces operative with training in industrial engineering and total quality management.  Listen in as Spike shares with Kim the way to unlock profits inside a business, how safety is a key ingredient to a successful team, and the benefits of strong communication.
