About Rocky Romanella:
As the oldest in his family, Rocky put himself through college by working at UPS. To his father’s urging, Rocky implemented a “yes and thank you” practice, and spent 30+ years with the company before retiring.
Retirement, however, wasn’t for Rocky, and together with a few (former) UPS colleagues, he founded 3Sixty Management Services.
