Kim Sutton Today, I want to just share quickly that I had an Oh da moment. And that was about multiple streams of income. Why have in the last five years of my business or almost five and a half years now, thought about multiple streams of income. I have to say that I have dragged my feet so long and actually getting anything set up. And just in the last month, I actually started putting additional products and services out, that would start bringing additional income in. The most amazing thing, however, is that as soon as I started pushing these additional products out, the money just started flowing. And I’m not saying a lot of money, don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying a lot of money at all. But just that trickle, like when the faucet just won’t turn itself all the way off. It was just that additional trickle. But let me tell you, it has felt so amazingly good. Now if you’re curious about what the first product was, let me share with you on Facebook, if you’re not already aware, I do own a virtual assistant group that is almost 14,000. Yes, 14,000 members now it’s called Virtual Assistant jobs. And I will put a link to that group in the show notes. The purpose of this group is both to offer clients a place to post their job listings and also for VA is to ask questions and to respond or get more information about those job postings. So I want it to be both a training area and a community for vas and clients alike. Well, I started seeing a lot of the same questions in and I’ve been doing more Facebook Lives in the group and posting more. And I realized that there were quite a few people wondering how to start their virtual assistant business. When I started my businesses in 2012, I started as a virtual assistant and I did so many things wrong. But I learned over the course of a few years, how to course correct in start doing those things right. Over the past month and a half or so my team and my coaches have been saying, Kim, you’ve got low hanging fruit here, you should really monetize this group. And the more I thought about it, the more I realized, oh my gosh, you’re right. So just a week ago, I posted in the group an offer for a six day training series that would provide prospective VA a quick start to getting their businesses started. I’m not saying it’s a quick and easy plan. I don’t believe there is any such thing as a quick and easy plan. However, I realized that if I could save people the pain of making the same mistakes I did, but that would be so worthwhile.

The free opt in was six days of emails. And I realized, you know, if anybody is like me, they’re going to want this immediately. I should put it together in a PDF and offer it as an upsell. Within 15 minutes of posting my post within the group offering them the six day training series, I had my first sale and the sales have continued to come in ever since. It’s not a big ticket sale, it’s $7. But seeing as there are 50 to 100 new members coming into the group every single day. I know that this will continue to be a steady yet small stream of income. Now I’ve made the same discoveries in other areas of my business as well. I’ve realized that even in Infusionsoft, there’s ways that I can set up products that may take a bit of time upfront, but that I can sell continually well into the future and don’t take any longer than five minutes at most to deliver. So today I have a challenge for you. I want to challenge you to look inside your business and see what areas you may be able to produce extra income from that won’t take much time besides the initial setup. What training can you offer based upon your experiences? What courses may you be able to produce? What products could you set up just once and continually keep on delivering well into the future. I’m sure that if you start digging and looking into it a little bit more, you’ll be able to find more than one possible income stream. I would love to hear what you come up with. So if you wouldn’t mind heading over to thekimsutton.com/pp293. Just drop a comment below the show notes and let me know how it’s going for you. I want to be able to cheer you on. Now with all this said, go forth and make it a positive and productive day.
